April 4, 2005 : Anger Management

It's funny how one can get angry so fast - i guess anger is infectious and once it gets into one's system then it'll all go down the drain

Part 1 : I was at my local mall - small place called The Atria - shopping with the missus, when we stopped at Nando's to get her dinner to go...well we ordered and proceeded to wait at a table near the entrance...then we continued to wait (granted, the place wass full - it was raining, and they had an all-u-can-eat soup table)...but when other take out customers where getting their bloody chicken faster then we were - that was it! angrily we went to the counter to 'politely' enquire them of our poultry product...and lo and behld it was there - the manager had the nerve to say "ah - this was here the past 20 minutes...didn't know whose chicken it was..." - how lame!!!!!!

of course...anger is infectious...now Part 2 - the mall just implemented auto pay car parking...since we just shopped, we were eligible for free parking so we went to get the ticket validated and paid up ...problem was the pay station was at the other end of the mall, away from the validation...and it was pouring - guess who had to the walking and getting wetting??

on to Part 3 - upon reaching the exit...now this was funny - a car was stuck at the barrier...having NOT paid the ticket as instructed (mind you the bloody signs were too small in the first place - Part 3.1) ... so the 3 cars behind him had to reverse ever so slowly to give the bloke a chance to save face (no way! I eyeballed him)

...So there's my story - I think there was a Part 4 and 5 (possibly) but I can't be bloody bothered to write...anger is re-surfacing!!!

So kids - my point is : once you're angry - you'll find that pretty much EVERYTHING ELSE will piss the crap out of you!
