Interesting : Do it 21 times!
Apparently, research shows that for an action to become a 'habit', one must repeat doing said action at least 21 times before it becomes a habit which can be easily repeated. I got this snippet from watching Oprah (AAARGHH!) - interesting show nevertheless on debt management - the Debt Diet.
At last I now know why I have the habit of walking upright; I've done that action for at least 21 times, right? I'm so proud of myself.
